2、The DC content of AC current and voltage output is oversize, and the AC zero offset need to be calibrated in system calibration module. |
| Q: In the process of manual test output variety, tester alarming, while the amplifier light is off. |

| A:Be sure that the amplifier must be switched on for loading while AC voltage output exceeds 80V. Otherwise, the amplifier alarming and stop working. During manual test, the light and heavy load can not be switched automatically by system, so the voltage need to be increased to 80V and enter heavy load state to start test. |
| Q: The accuracy of voltage and current enlarges during testing. |

| A:1、Be sure standard meter and connection/wiring works properly.
2、Inducing the default test parameters for starting test in the parameters management.
3、Be sure the correct connection between the public nutral of current & voltage in the process of testing.
4、In “calibration module”, calibrating and saving failed testing coefficients and retest.
5、Be sure the frequency of each channel is in line. |
| Q: When testing, the setting of back three phases Ub & Uc of AC voltage is shielded or there is no AC output. |

| A:The AUX DC will be outputted by Ub and Uc channels if the relay test set has 6 phases AC voltage output. When there is AUX DC output, Ub and Uc will output DC voltage rather than AC voltage. This limitation is only for relay test set with 6 phases voltage output. |
| Q: Failed on PC connection |

| A:1、Be sure the cable connection. Straight Ethenet Cable for connections directly between tester and PC; Crossover Ethenet Cable for connections between exchanger.
2、Be sure to set IP address in the same network segment between tester and PC (the same IP address of the first three paragraph, but the fourth different); Be sure the same IP address between on-line applications and tester, which can test by PING command within PC system.
3、Be sure the same version number between PC program and tester program. |
| Q: There is static while touching the metal casing. |

| A:Be sure the effective grounding of power supply system and grounding terminal for tester. |
| Q: Alarming while tester power on but without testing. |
|
| A:Be sure the power supply of tester is not too high (power supply should not be more than 260V) |
| Q: Phase voltage is inaccurate during testing. |
|
| A:Be sure each of phase voltage amplitude, phase as well as the frequency output are normal; Be sure each of channel frequency is set up in line; |
| Q: While boot-strap & testing, protection relay testert alarming |

| A:1、Be sure the amplifier switch on, or alarming; Be sure the indicator lights up while amplifier switch on, or the maplifier is not working properly, then the tester output sounds an alarm.
2、Be sure no shorting between votage output terminals, otherwise you can unplug all the wiring of voltage output, and try again.
3、Long period time of outputing high voltage or high current without using over-loading. |
